We define a lead in our company as a prospect who meets your Ideal Client Profile (ICP) criteria with an active interest in your product/service and/ or with the intent for a call/further discussion.
We don’t have a minimum term length, we offer our services on a monthly rolling basis.
At Harper, we’ve had to become GDPR experts, so you don’t have to worry. GDPR doesn’t affect LinkedIn outreach campaigns and consent to send email is also not required for UK B2B marketing communications, which is legislated under the UK’s PECR B2B exemption. We ensure our campaigns are fully GDPR compliant by specific protocols led by our outreach team.
The warm-up process helps to reduce the email domain’s spam rate, making it safe to send a high volume of emails without being flagged or landing in spam. This process takes about 3 to 4 weeks, and ensures that we get a healthy open rate for your campaign.
We will forward you any positive responses straight to your inbox. We also send regular reports detailing the overall stats for the campaign.
